By creating an account, accessing our API, or otherwise using any service provided by GeldBot AI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

GeldBot AI provides predictive modeling, analytics, and automated decision-support tools intended to assist users with data-driven trading workflows. The Service is provided on an "as available" basis and may be modified, expanded, or discontinued in whole or in part at any time. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and no output generated by the Service should be treated as a guarantee of any particular result.

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its underlying systems; reverse-engineering, decompiling, or scraping any proprietary models or data; using the Service to violate applicable laws, regulations, or the rights of third parties; reselling or sublicensing access without prior written authorization; or interfering with the normal operation of the Service through excessive load, malicious code, or automated abuse. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any account found to be in violation of this section.

Certain features of the Service, including API access, may require a paid subscription or usage-based fee. Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms will be presented at the time of purchase or as otherwise communicated. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing on a prospective basis with reasonable advance notice. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of access to paid features.

The Service, including its underlying software, models, documentation, and design, is the property of GeldBot AI and its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved.

You retain ownership of any data or content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant GeldBot AI a limited license to process, store, and analyze it solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to submit any data you provide, and for the accuracy and legality of that data.

All outputs, predictions, signals, or recommendations generated by the Service are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. Trading and investment activity carries inherent risk, including the risk of loss of capital. You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on information obtained through the Service, and GeldBot AI does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or profitability of any output.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GeldBot AI and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GeldBot AI and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, poses a risk to the Service or other users, or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of the Service and, where applicable, contacting us to close your account. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service or applicable legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which GeldBot AI operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
